Hazaron Log aatay hein
hazaron log miltay hein
koi dil mein thehrta hai
koi dil se nikalta hai
koi dil mein basata hai to koi chhor jata hai
magar ik baat hai hamdam
kisi ke dil mein basnay par , kisi ke chhor janay par
yeh sansein phir bhi chalti hein yeh dil phir bhi dharakta hai
to yeh sabat hua hamdam
kisi ke dil mein basnay se koi zinda to rehta hai
kisi ke chhor janay par koi mar to nahin jaata

ہزاروں لوگ ملتے ہیں
کوئی دل میں ٹھہرتاہے
کوئی دل سے نکلتا ہے
کوئی دل میں بساتا ہے تو کوئی چھوڑ جاتا ہے
مگر اک بات ہے ہمدم
کسی کے دل میں بسنے پر، کسی کے چھوڑ جانے پر
یہ سانسیں پھر بھی چلتی ہیں، یہ دل پھر بھی دھڑکتا ہے
تو یہ ثابت ہوا ہمدم
کسی کے دل میں بسنے سے کوئی زندہ تو رہتا ہے
کسی کے چھوڑ جانے پر کوئی مر تو نہیں جاتا
